computers sending out random emails to people on my contact list?

I access my computer with internet explorer and my computers sending out random emails to people on my contact list. I scanned with Norton 360 and all was fine, and even downloaded malware, and that came up with nothing infected. What do I do?

Can you chain two routers together to have more computers accessing the internet?

I’ve installed Pinnacle Studio 11 onto one of my computers and it works fine. Then i tried to install it onto my other computer and it didnt work properly. Im wondering if it should work properly on the second computer, or if it will only work on one?

I need to install the driver for my Wacom Bamboo Tablet but I can only use computers that are restricted to no downloads or installations. Is there a way to install the driver to my PNY flashdrive(it’s not u3 smart though D:)? If so, how do i do that?

Anyone that has been to college in the past ten years knows how the computers at school are about saving any changes made to them once they are shutdown and restarted. Well, I actually think that’s pretty cool and would like to have one of my computers at home do the same thing (The guest computer). So what settings do I have to change to make my computer not save anything that is done to it and revert back to the way it was when it first booted.
