Also, in the process, a key that was broken, managed to break again, so I really need to find out how I can replace the question mark key on my laptop, its a vital one. I tried q-tips and air can cleaning methods, and I believe it made matters worse. PLEASE, if anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it!

I tried using a tissue to wipe it off but that made it worse. When I try to use my hands it just spreads it around but does not remove it.
