How can I look at my external monitors on my master screen?

Is there anyway you can control multiple monitors from one screen? Like being able to see a screenshot of each monitor in my master monitor.
Our setup is that we have 3 monitors facing away from us and one facing towards us, they are all hooked up to the same computer. We want to be able to see the 3 screens that are facing away from us on the one monitor facing towards us.
